Dr. David Aderholdt and his family (and our leadership team below)

David is the founding pastor of ICS.  He is also an associate professor of Missiology and Pastoral Studies at Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, Croatia, and is European Regional Director with his parent organization NMSI.  Brenda is involved in training and developing women leaders in Macedonia.  She can be found almost anywhere throughout the country on any given day.  They have three grown children.  The Aderholdts have lived in Macedonia for more than 12 years.  Prior to Macedonia, they lived in Russia, Canada and the USA.
